Congratulations to Marcin Kaluza, he has been awarded the A La Carte Temporary Worker of the Month for December. Marcin joined A La Carte 6 months ago when he arrived in Leicester from Poland. For the first two weeks of his employment he worked at Bradgate Bakery before transferring to Saladworks where he quickly became a core member of staff. Marcin has been awarded Temporary Worker of the Month because of his excellent attendance, his hard work and versatility.
Marcin is currently working in a new production area at Saladworks but is able to work in any department throughout the site and is well liked by all the Managers and Team Leaders. Well-done Marcin from everybody at A La Carte and Saladworks. |
