Recruitment consultant Steve Hincks says, "Rafal Sikorski is, in my opinion, such a hardworking and reliable person that he’s worthy of temporary worker of the year!". Rafal joined the A La Carte team in June 2006 and undertook a series of assignments, firstly at Charnwood Bakery, before going on to work at 6 different locations, including a spell as a carpenter’s mate at The Little Theatre.
Only last Friday at 1830hrs, just as we were closing the office, we took a call from a very important customer who needed our urgent assistance. Rafal immediately cancelled his night out with friends to assist our customer by working a 12-hour shift. Steve added "He’s never let us down and the feedback from every place Rafal works is always exemplary".
