Since joining A La Carte in June 2005, Ghanshyam has worked at a number of different locations and for several customers, but is now making real impact at Bradgate Bakery in charge of the ‘Boot Room’. Ghanshyam is responsible for ensuring adequate stocks of uniform and maintaining standards of headwear and footwear for 250 co-workers. He is also keen to help by working alongside Kam during busy periods. Ghanshyam is a real asset to A La Carte and Bradgate Bakery alike and we see him as the perfect candidate to win the award of Employee of the Month. Congratulations Ghanshyam!
