The award for Employee of the Month for February 2008 goes to husband and wife team Dhirajlal and Minakumari Ratanpara, who have been working for A La Carte Recruitment since September 2006.
Says Simon Fairey, Director of A La Carte, "they both have a very versatile and flexible approach to their work and have undertaken assignments in many food factories across Leicestershire. I am absolutely delighted to see that Dhirajlal and Minakunari have won this accolade, which they really deserve".
