The A La Carte employee of the month is Hitesh Cumudchandra. Hitesh joined A La Carte in December 2007 initially assigned to Charnwood Bakery during their busy Christmas period. In the New Year Hitesh transferred to Saladworks, where his flexibility and hard work have seen him undertaking a wide variety of roles. He is now a core member of the preparation team and is a proven asset to both Saladworks and A La Carte.
