Employee of the Month for November 2008 goes to Bhupen Hasvantlal. Bhupen and his twin brother joined A La Carte six months ago after moving from Portugal where the economic climate meant there was little or no work.
Bhupen has shown great flexibility to A La Carte and to our customers, with regard to both shift times an job locations. He always demonstrates excellent time-keeping and diligence and has a very positive attitude in his work.
Ashley Moulton presented Bhupen with the award and a prize of £30. Ashley said "Bhupen is a great worker and he's very much valued at Charnwood Bakery where he is currently on assignment. Well done on this achievement and keep up the good work".
