Congratulations to Justyna Lachowska - February's employee of the month.
Justyna originally registered with A La Carte in September 2006 and began assignments at Saladworks, where she remained until July 2007 at which point she began a period of maternity leave. During this time she gave birth to her daughter Nicola. Justyna returned to us in May 2008 looking for work on a regular night shift. This coincided with a request from Charnwood for a team of A La Carte staff for their night shift. Justyna was offered this placement and has continued at Charnwood ever since. She is a well liked and hard-working member of the A La Carte team at Charnwood and is always one of the first people to be requested by the team leaders for the Packing Room.
