Jelena Lopatnikova moved to the UK from Latvia in April 2009. After registering with A La Carte she initially worked at Blueberry Foods as a production operative. In June she applied for a position of On-Site Coordinator, for which she was successful due to her professionalism, enthusiasm and outgoing personality. Jelena is without doubt an asset to both Blueberry Foods and A La Carte.
