Congratulations Martin Phillips. Catering Consultant Lisa commented, "Since first joining A La Carte in March, Martin has become one of our star employees. He has never turned down a single assignment and will do anything we ask him. Martin was the first person we placed on the "City Catering" booking. Chris and Andrew, the managers at the venue, love him to bits and he is always requested.
Whilst recently working at the Town Hall, Martin proved himself so much that the Lord Mayor asked for him to cover his C&B co-ordinators fortnights holiday.
