Kevin Powell (centre) joined up with A La Carte in December 2008 as a food operative, quickly becoming one of our core workers. He has made a big impact at Walkers Midshire Foods, demonstrating excellent time-keeping, attendance and flexibility. His "can do" attitude and diligence in whichever task he is appointed makes him a popular and sought-after person. He is an integral member of the afternoon shift team, always requested by name by the managers and as a result is undergoing forklift training sponsored by the factory.
