Navin Jiwa has been awarded the accolade of Employee of the Month for November. He was nominated for the prize by Simon Fairey, Director of A La Carte Recruitment. Simon said "Navin is currently working at a leading local bakery in the despatch department. His diligence and attention to detail are often commended by his team leaders, these skills are so important in the quality control process. I am delighted that Navin's contribution has been recognised and therefore wins this award".
Navin has worked for A La Carte since 2002. Navin said, "Receiving this award probably comes second only to winning the Euro Lottery. I enjoy being part of a very busy team in the despatch department. I am very happy to receive this award and my family will be very proud".
