Congratulation to Bryan Deidrick who has been awarded "Employee of the Month" for December 2009.
Bryan first started working as a Chef for the A La Carte Catering Division in 2002. Bryan then accepted a permanent job as Head Chef for 4 years, before returning to us again in August 2008. During his time with us, Bryan has covered long and short term culinary assignments throughout Leicestershire.
