Mahindra has been working with A La Carte since September 2008, being one of the first agency staff to start work at Blueberry Foods. Mahindra has worked in a variety of roles at the site covering both high and low risk production areas.
Since January 2009 he has been working in the "Ingredients" section where he has become a core worker.
