Aleksejs Sosins began his working life for A La Carte in October 2009 at Saladworks, where he has worked to date.
The 21yr old from Latvia became an instant hit with his hard working style and soon found himself a regular job in the Cook House Department where he is an essential part of the team.
Steve Hincks, Account Manager for A La Carte says, "Aleksejs is hard working, committed and enthusiastic. He puts in a lot of effort and shows great flexibility. These are key qualities and as a result Aleksejs has been recognised with the award of June's Employee of the Month."
